Children & Adolescents
Supporting Young Lives Through Growth & Change
Helping children and teens navigate developmental challenges, behavioral concerns, family changes, and emotional difficulties through developmentally appropriate approaches including play therapy and family systems work.
Supporting Young Lives
Children and adolescents face unique challenges as they grow and develop. From navigating social relationships to managing big emotions, young people need specialized support that honors their developmental stage and individual needs.
My work with children and teens focuses on creating a safe, engaging environment where they can express themselves naturally. Through play therapy, creative interventions, and family systems approaches, I help young people develop coping skills, process experiences, and build resilience.
I believe every child has an innate capacity for growth and healing. By working collaboratively with families and using developmentally appropriate techniques, we can support your child's emotional well-being and help them thrive.
